What we do

We arrange a meeting with the owners of each property, before an investigation, to find out what kind of activity has been witnessed.

At the investigation, a series of baseline tests - initial readings that are used as control measurements which we compare later with other readings - using equipment including EMF - ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD TESTER - and temperature are conducted. Depending upon what activity is known then humidity, light and decibel measurements may also be taken using an ENVIRONMENT METER. We use baseline to rule out anything within the property that is there normally such as electrical equipment or anything that may produce a reading naturally. So that, if we DO detect any previously unregistered/unknown readings subsequently it may well be caused by unknown quantities. We then undertake vigils, in the areas considered to be the most active, to monitor any activity.

Any sensations felt by the team are noted and compared later against any changes in readings on our equipment.

Prior to an investigation, only two members of the group will have full knowedge of activity in the building.

We are also fully covered by public liability insurance.
